Pneumatic Emulsion Prop Pump

A dual-liquid design, super portable injection equipment suitable for injecting high-pressure liquid into hydraulic props and hydraulic supports.

Key features

• The product has an automatic ratio function; there is no need to pre-mix the emulsion. The equipment can be connected directly to the underground water pipe, and the suction tube automatically draws the emulsion in a proportional ratio, with adjustable settings.
• The equipment is small and lightweight. It can be easily carried on the back for long distances by one person (with a backpack frame), significantly reducing labour intensity.
• It comes with overload protection, improving the safety factor of equipment operation.
• The product includes an air filter, an oil mist filter, an emulsion filter, and a water filter, thereby reducing maintenance requirements and increasing service life.
• It is powered by compressed air and, once connected, can be used for injection within a 200-meter range without needing to reconnect to the air supply.
• The injection pressure is continuously adjustable, allowing for easy operation and adaptation to various injection conditions.
• High working efficiency, capable of raising hydraulic props quickly.
• Broad application range, suitable for high-pressure water supply in the range of 0.5-10 MPa, and can also be used in a self-suction mode when there is no high-pressure water source.
• In situations where a small number of hydraulic props are to be injected at once, an emulsion oil tank can be installed. Emulsion oil can be added to the tank in advance.
